Talk:Saturn

From New World Encyclopedia
Unification Aspects: The planet Saturn is unique in that it has a clarly visible ring around it. As a miniature Solar System, it must have inspired many ancient natural philosophers to think of the structure of the Solar System and its formation. The ring particles are in an orderly state, according to the gravity from Saturn, and the orientation of the ring seem from the Earth changes through time. This must have given people some idea of different directions of Saturn's spin axis (ring axis) and axis of revolution around the Sun. In Unification Thought, "give and take action" (corresponding to gravitational interactions, in this case) at different levels lead to hierarchical rotational motions, wherein their rotational axes are oriented in different directions. What appear to be icy materials in the rings could be precious, readily-available materials for human consumption when human exploration finally reaches the region of Saturn.
