According to Unification thought, a good leader should demonstrate the qualities of love, empathy, and service towards all the members of humanity. These qualities are more important than management or organizational skills. Reverend Moon does not talk about how great it is to have any position or power. He speaks of humanity working together in a spirit of love and fellowship to manifest God's plans for restoration on earth.
