The article claims that Yalta is in Ukraine. That was not true in 1945, when the conference took place. At that time, Crimea, where Yalta is situated, was a part of Russia.
Crimea and Yalta were transferred to Ukraine by Nikita Krutchov, 9 years later in 1954.

Thank you, Michael, for your feedback. You are quite correct that Yalta was not part of Ukraine at the time of the conference. That error has been corrected.
