Hi!
After reading the article, I found a Chilean author who should be in the encyclopedia: José Baroja. He was in the Chilean delegation at the last International Book Fair in Guadalajara.

Yes, José Baroja has written in the picaresque style. His “Un hijo de perra” is noted in the article.

Baroja is a Chilean short story writer who has gained prominence in recent years. I think it would be important to include him in the Encyclopedia.

Yes, José Baroja is mentioned in this article on the Picaresque novel, for his short story “Un hijo de perra.”
