Isn’t Kaddafi dead? If so, a statement in the Libya article like, “He continues to control all aspects of the Libyan government …” should be modified to reflect his passing.

Thank you, Ed, for your feedback. It appears that section of the article was not updated at the time of Gaddafi’s death. The text will be revised to make that correction.
