The site does not mention or cite a single source from an Eritrean author or from any other resources inside Eritrea. This is the problem With western media – Westerners know African affairs more than Africans themselves).

Thank you for your comment. I agree that reference to Eritrean authors is essential. However, I think you are incorrect about the lack of Eritrean sources in this article. For example, Jordan Gebre-Medhin was born in Eritrea, and I think that Ruth Iyob is an Eritrean national. Also, remarks by G. Ogbaselassie are included. Nevertheless, I will review our sources carefully and if possible include more from Eritrean authors. Thank you again for taking the time to help make New World Encyclopedia a valuable informational resource.
