PLEASE PLEASE don’t spoil The Scarlet Letter by including the father of Pearl in a biography of Nathaniel Hawthorne. It completely ruined one of my student’s ability to discern this fact on her own while reading the novel for the first time.
Flag as spoiler alert or remove, but don’t include in a biography.
