you are linking to http://www.unodc.org/unodc/en/world_drug_report.html …that web page doesn’t exists anymore. I found this reference page about the World Drug Report to be a good replacement if you wanted to change the link, or just add it as an additional resource: http://www.ambrosiatreatmentcenter.com/drug-report.php …it includes links to the archived publications of the World Drug Report, as well as other pages on drug policies and information. Let me know what you think 🙂
