Someone is rewriting history! I think you will find that the Covenanters fought against King Charles 1, NOT AGAINST HIM!

Thank you, Steve, for your feedback. Indeed, the Covenanters were against King Charles I. However, they opposed his execution and supported Charles II as king against Cromwell. The article is certainly confusing as written and the sentence will be revised.
