It would be important to note his contoversial yet binding Apostolic Constitution Veterum Sapientia on the continued use of Latin in the Church. Most important in seminary foundation and its’ relevance to the Catholic Faith. circa 1960. It has been quoted (though I do not have the reference) that this Constitution was so important to him that he affixed his signature on the Altar in St. Peter’s to affirm his intentions.
Thank you for consideration of this important document that was declared during his Papacy.
