Hello, Although Henry Clay did study under George Wythe, this is incorrect: “Clay received formal legal education at the College of William and Mary in Virginia.”

One more thing, although Henry Clay’s father had been a Baptist preacher, Henry Clay himself really belonged to no church until he was baptized into the Episcopalian church in 1847 (five years before he died).
