This article is extremely good, and I now understand why people call each other “Burke’s”
If only the conservative’s had been more willing to love their neighbors back then. Was it Burke who said “Evil prevails when good men do nothing” It seems he certainly did a nice job of letting the East Indian Trading Company lose the plot. What a Burke.

The saying “Evil prevails when good men do nothing” is usually attributed to Burke, although those exact words do not appear in any of his writings or speeches.
