This work is from the visible Human Data Set (VHD), part of the Visible Human Project ([1], VHP) of the National Library of Medicine of the United States. Its it under a specific type of license agreement (text), which states (summarised):

• The NLM grants a nonexclusive right to recipient to use the VHD products and incorporate them in computer applications or systems designed to improve access to those images or to biomedical information of any type.
• No charges, usage fees or royalties will be paid to NLM, and recipient can distribute content to other institutions and individuals "free of charge."
• Requires the acknowledgement of NLM and the Visible Human Project as its source of the VHD data{1} in a suitable and customary manner.
• Recipient may not in any way indicate that NLM endorsed the recipient or its products.
• Requires some prior communication between recipient and NLM regarding the usage of its images.
• Asserts NLM has no liability for the image content, which is published "as is," without any specific or general endorsement of the content's quality or completeness.
• Asserts certain authorship rights of the NLM, including transfer, changes, updates, and charges for such.
• Asserts that recipients of the VHP content must make these rules clear.
