The river Yamuna is the sister of Yama, god of the dead. Bathing in the waters of the Yamuna at her source (Yamunotri) is supposed to guarantee you a painless death.

Here are the men's baths. The women's baths are indoors, and are barely 15 cm deep. I had to lie down completely to feel vaguely immersed.
